We built it, so we can fix it

Every timer, beam set and display carries a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date you receive it.

• Fails in the first year? We repair or replace it and pay shipping both ways.
• Keep your order number — that's all we need, no registration card.
• Not covered: drops, water damage, and 9 V batteries left to leak inside a unit.

Thirty days from delivery. Email or call for a return authorization first — we can't process a package that arrives unannounced.

• Unopened and unused — full refund. You cover return shipping.
• Opened or used — 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
• Faulty in year one — that's warranty, not a return. No fee, and we pay shipping both ways.

The restocking fee covers inspecting, re-testing and repackaging a unit we can no longer sell as new. Unopened boxes cost us nothing, so they cost you nothing.

Out of warranty, or dropped it on the range? We still repair our own units — nothing gets thrown away here.

• We quote the repair before doing any work, so there are no surprises.
• Most fixes are a keypad, a mic or a battery contact — usually cheaper than a new unit.

Outfitting a club, a league or a school board? Volume pricing starts at ten units, with a second tier at forty.

• We set every timer and display to matched IDs before shipping, so the kit works out of the box.
