IR Beam Set — Transmitter + Receiver
A single invisible infrared beam across the course. Break it and the Sport-Timer starts; break it again and the clock stops. No operator reaction time, no arguments about the finish.
- Yellow transmitter and charcoal receiver, wireless RF back to the controller
- Works at up to 100 feet, indoors or in full sunshine
- Receiver LED flashes while searching and goes solid when aligned
- Per-gate dead time from 1 to 400 seconds, so a runner or horse cannot double-trigger
- One gate starts and stops; two gates give you a true point-to-point course
- Low-battery LED on the transmitter; mounts on any ¼-inch-20 tripod
